Price

The price includes all the services mentioned in the program. All additional expenses: phone calls, room service, snacks, drinks, etc. are covered by the traveller.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing. If, for whatever reason, you should cancel your trip, the deposit will be refunded in the following way:

• For cancellations 2 days prior to departure, 90% of the price will be retained;
• For cancellations from 3 to 5 days prior to departure, 70% of the price will be retained;
• For cancellations from 6 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of the price will be retained; and

No partial refunds are possible for unused meals, hotel rooms, sightseeing, etc.

Cancelled Trips

Go Macedonia reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for various reasons: in the very unlikely event Go Macedonia should cancel a trip (acts of God, wars, strikes, etc.) Go Macedonia is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the travellers preparing for their trips.

Replacement of the traveller with another person

The traveller may decide for another person to use the arrangement instead of him/her, as long as the person nominated to travel is able to undertake the responsibilities and obligations listed in the conditions of the arrangement.

Changes in the program

Go Macedonia reserves the right to change the itinerary in the case of circumstances beyond its control, i.e. 'acts of God' etc.

Go Macedonia reserves the right to amend the arranged accommodation with another of the same or higher category, at the same place, at its own expense. In the case of any unannounced and unjustified changes that would result in a cancellation of the arrangement, Go Macedonia is obliged to refund the full price.

Medical Information

Most of our tours involve outdoor activities in nature. It is essential that persons with any medical problems or dietary restrictions make them known to us well before departure. We can then advise you on whether the tour you have selected is the right one for you.

However, we should not be considered a medical advisor and do not claim any expertise or assume any responsibility for this information. We strongly urge you to consult your private physician for advice.

Due to the remote nature of some destinations, medical facilities may not be readily available and evacuation can be prolonged. Go Macedonia and its guides assume no liability regarding provision of medical care.

Limitation of Liability

Go Macedonia believes that all the tours listed on our web site are safe and enjoyable, but we shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage of personal property, delay, sickness, accident, error or omission in the provision of any services contracted for. It is mandatory for all trip participants to read and complete a reservation and release form/waiver to in order to confirm their reservation. Go Macedonia reserves the right to accept or reject any traveller from participating in any of our tour programs. The participants agree to and accept all foregoing terms and conditions upon confirmed reservation with Go Macedonia. Go Macedonia reserves the right to substitute hotels and guides and to alter the itinerary when deemed necessary or advisable. The right is also reserved to cancel any trip prior to departure.
